

You will be warned this will log you out of all other sessions. If multiple MEGAsync sessions show as active click on Close other sessions at the bottom of the list. Click on LOGOUT next to the active MEGAsync session. You will see all active sessions and MEGAsync will be shown as an M or computer icon and may show Active in blue. If you can’t log in to your browser then I’d contact MEGA direct: you can log in to your MEGA browser then click on Settings (cog icon bottom left) then Security then scroll down to Session History.

When I couldn’t log in, the browser just sat on the logging in screen without any warnings, the screen simply didn’t change. If you can’t then it could be a MEGA server issue rather than an issue with the MEGAsync app. It would be worth confirming you can log in to your MEGA web browser. It’s worth noting that MEGA has servers in multiple countries, so issues can also be local. As an update 09/09 my MEGA mobile app can't currently log in (stuck on Connecting to the server) but MEGAsync and browser can. That issue appeared to have been rectified and while MEGAsync 4.2.4 takes slightly longer to log in than previous versions in Windows I’ve found it works. I was unable to log in (browser or app) for a few hours. Around three or four days ago MEGA appeared to have server issues as multiple people were reporting being unable to log into their MEGA browser or for MEGAsync to log in.
