I have stopped all rgb related services (that I could find, pretty sure there is none left). I have followed the guide and uninstalled all other rgb softwares, including rgb fusion 2.0, msi dragon centre, G.skill trident z lightning control and an evga light something software (can't recall exact name, was for an aio cooler). I have tried the 0.5 version, 0.4 version, none of them detect the ram.

RAM: G.Skill Trident Z Neo 16gb (2*8gb) cl16, in slots A2 and B2 (second and fourth counting from the cpu).

I can as well control my rbg fans which is connected to the D_LED2 connector on the motherboard. The software can't detect my two G.Skill trident z neo ram sticks, but it can find my Msi gaming x trio 3080gpu and x570 Aorus Elite motherboard.
